Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates uses a piece of equipment called a Reformer to add resistance to Pilates exercises. This workout challenges not only the main muscle groups, but is unique in that it focuses on strengthening stabilizing muscles, such as the core, pelvic floor, and back, as well. Reformer Pilates can be adjusted to most any ability level and condition.

Reformer Pilates is available as private one-on-one appointments, doubles, and in group classes of up to 4 clients.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a very slow paced class designed for deep relaxation. We use props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support poses held for long periods of time. Restorative yoga can help improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost the immune system. Practitioners leave this class feeling safe, secure, and restored.
